Courtney has been in the beauty industry for ten years. From being a shampoo girl to running the front desk, and eventually going back on the salon floor as a makeup artist. Her passion and dedication to makeup blossomed In 2015 when she did her first wedding as a Freelance Makeup Artist.
It was then she found her calling.

Courtney Bissett
In 2016, owner Courtney Bissett, packed up what she had and moved across the country to Hollywood, California to attend school for film and special effects makeup. She got to work on sets, intern at a special effects shop, and work conventions. In 2018 she moved back to Maryland and began booking weddings again. It was then she expanded her knowledge and started doing mobile and at-home custom spray tans. In 2019 she worked on set for a credited film as an IMDA makeup artist. And since then her business has continued to flourish.
In the winter of 2022, I took a leap into the world of beauty by enrolling in an esthetician school. It was an amazing journey that culminated in June 2023 when I proudly received my license. Throughout my training, I learned that skincare and makeup are inseparable partners, each enhancing the other. I developed a passion for educating others on achieving their best skin through proper care and makeup techniques tailored to individual needs. My mantra became, “I want the skin to look like skin, even with makeup on, which is clean, healthy, and glowy.” This philosophy drives me to empower others with the knowledge and tools to not only enhance their appearance but also to nurture their skin’s health and natural radiance.
With Makeup, there are no rules. But if you’re interested in learning how to express yourself, radiate confidence or just learn a thing or two about makeup application, then you’ve come to the right place. Makeup is about feeling confident and knowing you are sexy and beautiful.
